Only by making the basic mantra of “Perform, Reform, Transform” a basis can a state become self-reliant. This basic mantra can be put on the ground by setting up industries and increasing investment. These days, efforts are being made from 'local to global' under 'Industry and Employment Year 2025' to take the possibilities of Madhya Pradesh to the global level. We should understand that no matter how many possibilities there are? But unless there is 'attraction', no one will come just like that. Even if someone comes near after attraction, will he be able to stay for a long time? Its guarantee is decided by facilities and 'ease of doing'. I am not saying these things for any particular person. All the above things are related to a state, which is full of possibilities and facilities. It is not hidden from anyone that Madhya Pradesh is a state with industrial, cultural and tourism potential. But the work that has been done to expand these possibilities in the last one and a half years is surprising. There has been a change in the 'investment strategy' which was dependent only on officers. Now, as a new character, the head of the state is seen making Bhagirathi efforts. In a short tenure of one year and seven months, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has visited 5 countries in three times. This trip has been done with the aim of attracting investors, establishing the state as a center of global trade and increasing the possibilities of employment generation in the state. The CM, who recently returned to Bhopal after interacting with investors in Dubai and Spain, appeared full of hope and enthusiasm. Why is the foreign trip of the CM necessary for industrial expansion and attracting investors in the state? The answer to this also needs to be known. The identity of a good administrator is that he does not remain a 'frog in the well'. A good administrator should have first-hand experience of what is going on in the country and the world. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav is coming back after learning the ways of those countries, their possibilities, innovations from those countries. History is witness that the world has progressed due to adopting the good things and innovations of each other's countries. We should know that whether it is America, Germany, Dubai, Japan and Spain, the basic foundation of the development of all is their industries. The city planning, civilization, industrial progress and traffic system of UK and Germany are worth adopting in Madhya Pradesh. In the coming time, these can also be adopted in Madhya Pradesh. My advice is that the governments should keep visiting developed areas of the country and abroad, because the experience gained by 'traveling' is more effective than listening.

Investment tours will not only open the way for investment, but will also provide a new vision for the development of the state. This tour will not only prove useful for the development of the state in the future, but is also a proof of Madhya Pradesh's commitment in building a 'Developed India @ 2047'. These two statements are very important to understand the possibilities of Madhya Pradesh. During the then UK visit of the CM, British MP Lord Raminder Ranger had said - "Compared to the growth of Europe and USA, India has a growth rate of more than 8 percent. Money invested in India is safe."

 

Also pay attention to the words of another MP Lord Kulveer Ranger - "Madhya Pradesh is an emerging state. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav's one-on-one meetings with investors will yield positive results." What has Madhya Pradesh achieved from the visits to five countries in three times? It is also important to know this. 

First visit: Visited UK and Germany from 24 to 30 November 2024. Investment proposals worth about 78 thousand crores were received from there. Investment proposals worth 18 thousand crores were received in just one and a half days of stay in Germany. Work has progressed on many proposals.

Second visit: Investment visit to Japan from 27 January to 31 January 2024. Investment proposals were received from automobile, cotton production, readymade garments. Japan's richest industrialist showed interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh.

Third visit: Now the Chief Minister has reached Bhopal on 20 July 2025. Met top business representatives in Dubai and Spain from 13 to 19 July. Here too, investment proposals worth thousands of crores of rupees have been received.

Apart from foreign trips, grand events like RIC, interactive sessions, Global Investors Summit have been organized in the country, through which a favorable environment for investment in the state seems to be being created. But is Madhya Pradesh a transparent and trustworthy state for investors? How favorable is it for investors? Why will investors come here to set up business? In answer to this, we come to know - 18 new industrial policies have been launched in MP. Ease of doing business, Jan Vishwas Act, single window system, adequate land bank, instant permissions, adequate availability of water and electricity, subsidy to industrialists (Rs 5260 crore in the year 2024-25), facility of additional incentives to small investors. Skilled human labor, easy connectivity with the whole country by road-air-rail, tourism, pharma, mining, agriculture, dairy, renewable energy, low operating cost, availability of trained young talent can become the choice of global investors. The government has shown innovation to start industry offices in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In such a situation, the trips undertaken by CM Dr. Mohan Yadav for investment can prove to be important not only for Madhya Pradesh but for the entire country. The trips present the development plans and possibilities of the state on the global platform. If the head of the state himself goes to other countries to explore investment possibilities, then what is it if not vision and dedication? The Chief Minister's activism and development-oriented approach has strengthened his image not only in the state but also at the national level. This trip can prove to be an important step towards establishing Madhya Pradesh more strongly on the global investment map.

'Most Welcoming State', greenery all around, rich in forests, presence of all the wildlife of the Big Cat family, 5 lakh kilometer road network rail and air network, the heartland of India, ideal home for wildlife, "Tiger Capital of the World", white lion, the only place in Asia where cheetahs are found. There are three UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Khajuraho, Sanchi and Bhimbetka. Madhya Pradesh is a place of such rich historical and cultural heritage. Due to the new Tourism Policy-2025, there are vast possibilities of development and investment in the tourism sector in the state. Under the new tourism policy, NOCs have been reduced from 30 to 10 and a single window system has been implemented. The Madhya Pradesh government, which has promoted industrial investment in the state in collaboration with 13 countries, has now embarked on new paths for investment. From 13 to 19 July 2025, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav went to Dubai and Spain on a 'foreign trip for investment'. The Chief Minister introduced in detail the possibilities of industrial investment in tourism in Madhya Pradesh. The government presented information to the investors about the investment-friendly policies of the state, easy availability of necessary land, water, energy and strong infrastructure. Excellent logistics connectivity, skilled human resources, smooth and transparent administrative process, 'Ease of Doing Business', a safe, stable and capable state for investment, which opens the doors for long-term cooperation for global companies. Important topics like participation of Indian Mission to organize "MP Day" in Dubai were discussed. Investment possibilities in hospitality were discussed. Span Communications revealed the possibility of creating 100-150 jobs with an investment of Rs 500 crore to promote tourism, naturopathy resorts and cruise tourism in the state. A high-level meeting was held on topics related to industry, tourism, sports, culture and film production at the 'Invest in Madhya Pradesh' business forum in Madrid, Spain. MD Dr. Ilaya Raja T. presented a presentation on industrial policy and investment, IT and infrastructure sector. MoU was signed between India and Spain on cooperation in the field of film production. CM informed about the diverse and scenic locations of Madhya Pradesh and the film-friendly policy of the state. Investment dialogue was held with the giants of global textile and fashion sector. Discussed the need for cooperation on bilateral skill development and technical training opportunities in areas like post-production, VFX, script writing. Discussions were also held on the possibilities of starting short term courses and exchange programs with the leading film institutes of Spain. The possibility of organizing an event like "Madhya Pradesh Film Showcase" in Spain was considered. Possibilities of programs based on sports, leadership and life skills, a joint tourism campaign to promote the world heritage sites Sanchi, Khajuraho and Bhimbetka in Europe were also agreed upon. There are more than enough opportunities for investment in hospitality, wellness and adventure tourism in MP. Madhya Pradesh is a land of history and heritage. There are 62 UNESCO World Heritage sites located in India, out of which 18 are in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh is very rich in terms of culture and spirituality. Along with 2 Jyotirlingas, Maa Narmada, one of the oldest rivers in the world and a revered river, flows through the state. In today's stressful life, all the places situated on the banks of Maa Narmada fill you with spirituality and positive energy. India, especially Madhya Pradesh, is as safe and capable for global investment as any developed country. The vision of the government is that the approach of long-term vision, public participation and global design coordination should be adopted in the development of religious places like Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Chitrakoot. The plan to take our traditional arts like Gond, Phad, Mandna etc. to digital platforms and international forums should be made more effective. This is also because art is not only a medium of identity, but is also an effective tool for education, employment and tourism development. We are seeing that under the leadership of CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, tourism is moving forward with the coordination of art, culture and investment. With the aim of promoting the tourism sector so that world-class tourism facilities can be developed, the Madhya Pradesh government is giving financial assistance of up to Rs 30 crore on hotel projects. Even before the visit to Dubai and Spain, many efforts have been made by the Madhya Pradesh government for tourism investment. Concrete efforts have been made for setting up new units in the industrial sector in Madhya Pradesh through Regional Industry Conclave, Global Investors Summit in Bhopal, visits to England, Germany and Japan, sector wise meetings and seminars in major cities of India like Kolkata, Coimbatore, Surat, Ludhiana. Investment proposals worth more than Rs 30.77 lakh crore have been received from the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal. Allotment of land to an industrialist in London immediately after online application for investment is an example of ease of doing business in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh tourism also got a new flight at Rewa Regional Tourism Conclave where investment proposals worth more than Rs 3000 crore have been received. Health and wellness tourism, religious tourism, PM Shri tourism air service booking portal, booking facility on IRCTC portal, home stay online booking portal have been launched by connecting Gramstay developed in tourist villages with digital booking system. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav says that tourism is our favorite investment sector. We also know its pleasant aspects. Due to better air connectivity and expansion in tourism facilities, the number of foreign tourists in MP is expected to increase by 30-40 percent. Madhya Pradesh is the state with the fastest growing economy in India. It has remained a leader for the last 10 years. The state government has implemented 18 new policies, which are the best in the country. The ESG (Environmental, Social and Good Governance) module being developed by the Madhya Pradesh government is getting positive response at the global level. This visit of the Chief Minister can prove to be a historic step towards establishing Madhya Pradesh tourism more strongly on the global investment map. नई पर्यटन नीति-2025 के कारण राज्य में पर्यटन क्षेत्र के विकास और निवेश की व्यापक संभावनाएं हैं। नई पर्यटन नीति के तहत NOCs को 30 से घटाकर 10 किया गया है और सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम लागू किया गया है। 13 देशों के साथ मिलकर प्रदेश में औद्योगिक निवेश को बढ़ावा देने वाली मध्यप्रदेश सरकार अब निवेश के लिए नए रास्तों पर निकल पड़ी है। 13 से 19 जुलाई 2025 तक मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव 'निवेश के लिए विदेश यात्रा' पर दुबई और स्पेन गए थे। मुख्यमंत्री ने मध्यप्रदेश के पर्यटन में औद्योगिक निवेश की संभावनाओं के बारे में विस्तार से परिचय कराया। सरकार ने, निवेशकों के समक्ष राज्य की निवेश-अनुकूल नीतियों, आवश्यक भूमि, जल, ऊर्जा और मजबूत आधारभूत संरचना की सहज रूप से उपलब्धता की जानकारी प्रस्तुत की। उत्कृष्ट लॉजिस्टिक कनेक्टिविटी, दक्ष मानव संसाधन, सुगम और पारदर्शी प्रशासनिक प्रक्रिया, ‘ईज़ ऑफ डूइंग बिज़नेस, निवेश के लिए एक सुरक्षित, स्थिर और समर्थ राज्य, जो वैश्विक कंपनियों के लिए दीर्घकालिक सहयोग के द्वार खोलता है। दुबई में “एमपी डे” आयोजित करने के लिए भारतीय मिशन की भागीदारी जैसे अहम विषय बेहद महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर संवाद हुआ। हॉस्पिटैलिटी में निवेश की संभावनाओं पर बात हुई। स्पैन कम्युनिकेशन्स ने राज्य में पर्यटन, नेचुरोपैथी रिसॉर्ट और क्रूज़ टूरिज्म को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु 500 करोड़ रुपये निवेश के साथ 100-150 रोजगार सृजन की संभावना सामने आई। स्पेन के मैड्रिड में ‘इन्वेस्ट इन मध्यप्रदेश’बिजनेस फोरम में उद्योग, पर्यटन, खेल, संस्कृति तथा फिल्म निर्माण से जुड़े विषयों पर उच्चस्तरीय बैठक हुई। एमडी डॉ. इलैया राजा टी. ने औद्योगिक नीति एवं निवेश, आईटी और अधोसंरचना सेक्टर पर प्रेजेन्टेशन प्रस्तुत किया। भारत और स्पेन के बीच फिल्म निर्माण के क्षेत्र में सहयोग पर एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। सीएम ने मध्यप्रदेश की विविध और दर्शनीय लोकेशन्स और राज्य की फिल्म-फ्रेंडली नीति की जानकारी दी। वैश्विक कपड़ा एवं फैशन क्षेत्र के दिग्गजों से निवेश संवाद किया। पोस्ट-प्रोडक्शन, वीएफएक्स, स्क्रिप्ट लेखन जैसे क्षेत्रों में द्विपक्षीय कौशल विकास और तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण के अवसरों पर सहयोग की आवश्यकता पर चर्चा की। स्पेन के प्रमुख फिल्म संस्थानों के साथ शॉर्ट टर्म कोर्स और एक्सचेंज प्रोग्राम शुरू करने की संभावनाओं पर भी बातचीत हुई। स्पेन में एक "मध्यप्रदेश फिल्म शोकेस" जैसे आयोजन की संभावना पर विचार किया गया। खेल, नेतृत्व और जीवन कौशल पर आधारित कार्यक्रमों की संभावनाएं, विश्व धरोहर स्थलों साँची, खजुराहो और भीमबेटका को यूरोप में प्रमोट करने के लिए संयुक्त पर्यटन अभियान पर भी सहमति बनी।

म.प्र. में हॉस्पिटैलिटी, वेलनेस और एडवेंचर टूरिज्म में निवेश के पर्याप्त से भी ज्यादा अवसर हैं। मध्यप्रदेश, इतिहास और विरासत की भूमि है। भारत में स्थित यूनेस्को की 62 विश्व धरोहर है जिसमें से 18 मध्यप्रदेश में है। संस्कृति और आध्यात्म की दृष्टि से मध्यप्रदेश अत्यंत समृद्ध है। प्रदेश में 2 ज्योतिर्लिंग के साथ विश्व की प्राचीनतम नदियों में से एक और प्रदेश में पूजनीय नदी माँ नर्मदा बहती है। आज के तनाव भरे जीवन में मां नर्मदा के किनारे स्थित सभी स्थल आपको अध्यात्म और सकारात्मक ऊर्जा से भर देते हैं। भारत, विशेष रूप से मध्यप्रदेश, वैश्विक निवेश के लिए उतना ही सुरक्षित और सक्षम है जितना कोई विकसित देश।

हमें यह दिख रहा है कि सीएम डॉ. मोहन यादव के नेतृत्व में पर्यटन, कला, संस्कृति और निवेश—तीनों के समन्वय से आगे बढ़ रहा है। विश्वस्तरीय पर्यटन सुविधाएं विकसित हो सकें, इसलिए टूरिज्म सेक्टर को प्रोत्साहन देने के उद्देश्य से होटल परियोजनाओं पर मप्र सरकार 30 करोड़ रुपये तक की वित्तीय सहायता दे रही है। मध्यप्रदेश सरकार द्वारा दुबई और स्पेन की यात्रा से पहले भी पर्यटन निवेश के लिए कई प्रयास किये गए हैं। रीजनल इंडस्ट्री कॉनक्लेव, भोपाल में ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट, इंग्लैंड, जर्मनी और जापान की यात्रा, भारत के प्रमुख नगरों कोलकाता, कोयम्बटूर, सूरत, लुधियाना में भी सेक्टर वाइज बैठकों और संगोष्ठियों के माध्यम से मध्यप्रदेश में उद्योग क्षेत्र में नई इकाईयों की स्थापना के लिए ठोस प्रयास किए गए हैं। भोपाल में ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट से लगभग 30.77 लाख करोड़ रुपए से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव मिले हैं। लंदन में एक उद्योगपति को निवेश के लिए आनलाइन आवेदन के तुरंत बाद भूमि आवंटन किया जाना मप्र में इज आफ डूइंग बिजनेस का उदाहरण है।

मध्यप्रदेश पर्यटन को नई उड़ान रीवा रीजनल टूरिज्म कॉन्क्लेव में भी मिलती दिखी जहां 3000 करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव मिले हैं। हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस टूरिज्म, धार्मिक पर्यटन, पीएमश्री पर्यटन वायु सेवा बुकिंग पोर्टल का IRCTC पोर्टल पर बुकिंग सुविधा, पर्यटन ग्रामों में विकसित ग्रामस्टे को डिजिटल बुकिंग प्रणाली से जोड़ते हुए होम स्टे ऑनलाइन बुकिंग पोर्टल को लॉन्च किया गया है।

सीएम डॉ. मोहन यादव कहते हैं कि पर्यटन तो हमारा प्रिय निवेश क्षेत्र है। इसके सुखद पहलू भी हमें पता हैं। बेहतर एयर कनेक्टिविटी एवं पर्यटन सुविधाओं में विस्तार के कारण म.प्र. में विदेशी पर्यटकों की संख्या 30-40 फीसदी बढ़ने का अनुमान है। मध्यप्रदेश भारत में सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्था वाला राज्य है। यह पिछले 10 साल से अग्रणी बनी हुई है। प्रदेश सरकार ने 18 नई नीतियां लागू की हैं, जो देश में सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं। मध्यप्रदेश सरकार द्वारा विकसित किये जा रहे ईएसजी (पर्यावरण, सामाजिक और सुशासन) मॉड्यूल को वैश्विक स्तर पर सकरात्मक प्रतिक्रिया मिल रही है। मुख्यमंत्री की यह यात्रा मध्यप्रदेश के पर्यटन को वैश्विक निवेश नक्शे पर और सशक्त रूप से स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम साबित हो सकती है। विदेशी निवेशकों से सीएम द्वारा कहीं गई यह बात पर्यटन के नए भविष्य की ओर इशारा करती है— एक बार मध्यप्रदेश अवश्य आइये, मध्यप्रदेश के पर्यटन को भूल नहीं पाएंगे। "मैन ऑफ आइडिया" डॉ. मोहन यादव विचारों को जमीन पर उतारने की दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति के साथ निवेश के लिए प्रयास क्या रंग लाएंगे, आने वाले समय में यह दिख सकता है।

“परफॉर्म, रिफॉर्म, ट्रांसफॉर्म” के मूलमंत्र को आधार बनाकर ही कोई राज्य आत्म-निर्भर बन सकता है। उद्योगों की स्थापना और निवेश को बढ़ाकर इस मूलमंत्र को जमीन पर उतारा जा सकता है। इन दिनों मध्यप्रदेश की संभावनाओं को वैश्विक स्तर पर पहुंचाने के लिए 'उद्योग एवं रोजगार वर्ष 2025' के तहत 'लोकल से ग्लोबल' प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। हमें यह समझना चाहिए कि संभावनाएं कितनी भी क्यों न हों? लेकिन जब तक 'आकर्षण' नहीं होगा, कोई यूं की खिंचा नहीं चला आएगा। आकर्षण होने बाद अगर कोई पास आता भी जाता है तो वह ज्यादा समय टिक पाएगा? इसकी गारंटी सुविधाओं और 'ईज ऑफ डूइंग' से तय होती है। यह बातें मैं किसी व्यक्ति विशेष के लिए नहीं कह रहा हूं। उपरोक्त सभी बातें एक राज्य से संबंधित हैं, जो कि संभावनाओं और सुविधाओं से युक्त है। मध्यप्रदेश औद्योगिक, सांस्कृतिक और पर्यटन संभावनाओं वाला प्रदेश है, यह बात किसी से नहीं छिपी नहीं है। लेकिन संभावनाओं के प्रसार का जो कार्य पिछले डेढ़ वर्ष में होते दिख रहा है, वह चौंकाता है। सिर्फ अफसरों के भरोसे रहने वाली'निवेश की रणनीति' में बदलाव हुआ है। अब नए किरदार के रूप में राज्य के मुखिया भागीरथी प्रयास करते दिख रहे हैं। एक वर्ष 7 महीने के छोटे से कार्यकाल में सीएम डॉ. मोहन यादव तीन बार में 5 देशों की यात्रा कर चुके हैं। यह यात्रा निवेशकों को आकर्षित करने, प्रदेश को वैश्विक व्यापार के केंद्र के रूप में स्थापित करने और राज्य में रोजगार सृजन की संभावनाओं को बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से की गई है। हाल ही में दुबई और स्पेन में निवेशकों से संवाद करके भोपाल लौटे सीएम आशाओं से भरे और उत्साह युक्त दिखाई दिए। राज्य में उद्योग विस्तार और निवेशकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए सीएम की विदेश यात्रा क्यों जरूरी है? इसका जवाब भी जानना होगा। एक बेहतर प्रशासक की पहचान यह है कि वह ‘कुंए का मेंढक़’ बनकर न रहे। एक अच्छे प्रशासक को, देश-दुनिया में क्या चल रहा है? इसका प्रथम दृष्ट्या जमीनी अनुभव होना चाहिए। सीएम डॉ. मोहन यादव उन देशों के तौर-तरीके, वहां की संभावनाएं, उन देशों से नवाचार सीखकर आ रहे हैं। इतिहास गवाह है- दुनिया की तरक्की, एक दूसरे देशों की अच्छी बातों और नवाचारों को ग्रहण करने के कारण हुई है। हमें यह जान लेना चाहिए कि अमेरिका, जर्मनी, दुबई, जापान और स्पेन ही क्यों न हो? सभी के विकास का मूल आधार वहां के उद्योग-धंधे ही हैं। यू.के. और जर्मनी नगर-नियोजन, सभ्यता, औद्योगिक तरक्की और ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था मध्यप्रदेश में अपनाने योग्य है। आने वाले समय में यह मध्यप्रदेश में भी अपनाए जा सकते हैं। मेरी सलाह है कि ‘सरकारों को लगातार इस तरह देश और विदेशों के विकसित इलाकों का दौरा करते रहना चाहिए, क्योंकि सुनने की बजाए ‘यात्रा करके' लिया गया अनुभव ज्यादा असरकारक होता है।

निवेश यात्राओं से इन्वेस्टमेंट की राह तो खुलेंगी ही, प्रदेश के विकास के लिए नई दृष्टि मिल सकेगी। प्रदेश के विकास के लिए यह यात्रा आगे उपयोगी सिद्ध होगी ही, साथ ही साथ 'विकसित भारत @2047' के निर्माण में मध्यप्रदेश की प्रतिबद्धता का प्रमाण है। मध्यप्रदेश की संभावनाओं को समझने के लिए यह दो बयान बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। सीएम के तत्कालीन यू.के. दौरा के दौरान ब्रिटिश सांसद लॉर्ड रमिन्दर रेंजर ने कहा था- ''यूरोप और यूएसए की ग्रोथ की अपेक्षा भारत में 8 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा की ग्रोथ मौजूद है। भारत में इन्वेस्ट किया गया धन सेफ है।'' एक अन्य सांसद लॉर्ड कुलवीर रेंजर की बात भी गौर फरमाइए- ''मध्यप्रदेश उभरता हुआ राज्य है। सीएम डॉ. मोहन यादव ने निवेशकों के साथ की वन-ऑन-वन मीटिंग्स के सकारात्मक परिणाम आएंगे।'' तीन बार में पांच देशों की यात्राओं से मध्यप्रदेश को क्या हासिल हुआ है? यह जानना भी जरूरी है।

पहली यात्रा: 24 से 30 नवंबर 2024 तक यूके और जर्मनी का दौरा किया। वहां से लगभग 78 हजार करोड़ के निवेश के प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए। जर्मनी के मात्र डेढ़ दिन के प्रवास में 18 हजार करोड़ के निवेश के प्रस्ताव मिल गए। कई प्रस्तावों पर कार्य आगे बढ़ चुके हैं।

दूसरी यात्रा : 27 जनवरी से 31 जनवरी 2024 तक जापान की निवेश यात्रा की। ऑटोमोबाइल, कपास उत्पादन, रेडीमेड गारमेंट से निवेश के प्रस्ताव मिले। जापान के सबसे अमीर उद्योगपति ने मध्यप्रदेश में निवेश पर रुचि दिखाई।

तीसरी यात्रा : अब मुख्यमंत्री 20 जुलाई 2025 को भोपाल पहुंचे हैं। 13 से 19 जुलाई तक दुबई और स्पेन में शीर्ष व्यापारिक प्रतिनिधियों से मिले। यहां से 11 हजार 119 करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव मिले हैं। जिससे 14 हजार से अधिक व्यक्तियों को रोजगार भी मिलने की उम्मीद है।

विदेश यात्राओं के अलावा देश में आरआईसी, इंटरएक्टिव सेशन, ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट जैसे भव्य आयोजन हुए हैं, जिनके जरिये राज्य में निवेश के लिए अनुकूल माहौल तैयार होता दिख रहा है। लेकिन क्या मध्यप्रदेश निवेशकों के लिए एक पारदर्शी और भरोसेमंद राज्य है? यह निवेशकों के लिए कितना अनुकूल है? आखिर यहां निवेशक उद्योग धंधे क्यों लगाने आएंगे? इसके जवाब में हमें पता चलता है- एमपी में 18 नई औद्योगिक नीतियां लांच की गई हैं। ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस, जनविश्वास अधिनियम, सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम, पर्याप्त लैंड बैंक, हाथों-हाथ अनुमतियां, पानी और बिजली की पर्याप्त उपलब्धता, उद्योगपतियों को सब्सिडी (वर्ष 2024-25 में 5260 करोड़ रुपये), छोटे निवेशकों को अतिरिक्त प्रोत्साहन की सुविधा। कुशल मानव श्रम, सड़क-हवाई-रेलवे मार्ग से पूरे देश से आसान कनेक्टिविटी, पर्यटन, फार्मा, माइनिंग, कृषि, डेयरी, नवकरणीय ऊर्जा, कम संचालन लागत, प्रशिक्षित युवा प्रतिभा की उपलब्धता वैश्विक निवेशकों की पसंद बन सकते हैं। तमिलनाडु के कोयंबटूर और गुजरात के अहमदाबाद में उद्योग कार्यालय प्रारंभ करने के लिए सरकार ने नवाचार प्रदर्शित किया है।

ऐसे में, सीएम डॉ. मोहन यादव के द्वारा निवेश के लिए की जाने वाली यात्राएं न केवल मध्यप्रदेश, बल्कि पूरे देश के लिए महत्वपूर्ण साबित हो सकती हैं। यात्राओं से वैश्विक मंच पर राज्य की विकास योजनाओं और संभावनाओं को प्रस्तुत किया जाता है। खुद राज्य के मुखिया का अन्य देशों में निवेश की संभावनाओं को तलाशने पहुंच जाना, यह विजन और डेडिकेशन नहीं तो और क्या है? मुख्यमंत्री की सक्रियता और विकासोन्मुखी दृष्टिकोण ने न केवल राज्य में, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी उनकी छवि को मजबूत किया है। यह यात्रा मध्य प्रदेश को वैश्विक निवेश के नक्शे पर और मजबूती से स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हो सकता है।
